1977 Pontiac TransAm

This is a beautiful 1977 Pontiac TransAm.

She belongs to a good friend who happens to be a Professional Body Shop Operator.  He has asked me to list it on consignment sale for him.  This beauty came to him as part of a deal to purchase a GT40.  The owner of that car wouldn’t do the deal unless my friend took the '77 TransAm too.  At the time, it was a rolling chassis completely disassembled.  Even the engine and tranny was removed.

Over the next year the car was completely re-assembled with everything but the paint being redone.  The engine was re-sealed as well as the transmission.

The interior was redone too, except for upholstery on the seats, which looked in fine shape and too good to replace.

It is nicely equipped with P/S, P/B, P/W, Tilt Wheel, all new gauges and console and a great sounding stereo CD player.

It has the 400 cu in Pontiac Engine with a Turbo 350 Auto transmission.

To be fair, as is the car won’t pass CA Smog requirements.  There will need to be a bit of work done if your intention is to smog and drive locally.

It looks better than new and handles great.  Buy with confidence.
